vanilla bean simple syrup

This vanilla bean syrup is a labor of love. This syrup is made in barrels of raw vanilla beans sourced from Madagascar and every piece of bean is used. The beans are split while the insides are scraped and the outsides are chopped. A double filter is used process to create an added richness. There is some kind of magic in the agitation of the skin, bean by bean. Try it we think you’ll agree!
