At Pink Olive we are working very hard to find the best independent designers, the handmade, one of a kind, the clever, the innovative and the classic. This month, we are introducing Beth and Carrie of 1canoe2.
Beth and Carrie, designers at 1canoe2, met as fifth graders in a gifted program that let their creative sides run free. Many years, and many miles later, the two settled back home with their respective families and got back to their creative roots. Two girls, sharing dreams about art and design over a campfire and while floating in a canoe (get it, 1 canoe, 2 girls!), eventually led to a full time career getting their hands dirty creating colorful paper goods.
1.Where did you grow up?
Beth: Callaway County, Mo
