We at Pink Olive stand behind our product and service.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit. However, there are no exchanges on jewelry, artwork, charity sock monkey and sale items.

The item must be returned in original condition. Any return that does not meet this requirement will be sent back to the customer, we do not sell used merchandise.

Please e-mail us at shop@pinkolive.com with your order # to obtain a return authorization (RA#) and return address. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. fedex, ups, usps) and retain a receipt. Pink Olive is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items returned without a proper RA# will be returned back to customer.

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return store credit takes approximately 2-4 weeks to process upon receipt of the item.
