All packages shipped to New York will be charged 8.875% sales tax on the total amount. orders shipped out-of-state are not accessed sales tax.
Shipping:
We ship using FedEx and USPS. Pink Olive makes every effort to process all orders within 24-48 hours of purchase, Monday-Friday, after verifying credit card authenticity.

Orders to Canada are shipped at a flat rate of $25.00
International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $45.00. All items shipped internationally are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Pink Olive is not responsible for lost international orders, custom or duty fees, or any additional fees imposed by your local shipping company.
Confirmation:
shortly after ordering, you will receive an email confirming the amount charged to your credit card. then, we will notify you by email when your order ships.
Returns:
We at Pink Olive stand behind our product and service.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit. However, there are no exchanges on jewelry, artwork, charity sock monkey and sale items.
The item must be returned in original condition. Any return that does not meet this requirement will be sent back to the customer, we do not sell used merchandise.
Please e-mail us at customerservice@pinkolive.com with your order # to obtain a return authorization (RA#) and return address. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. fedex, ups, usps) and retain a receipt. Pink Olive is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items returned without a proper RA# will be returned back to customer.
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return store credit takes approximately 5-7 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
